All staff were friendly and welcoming. Appointment was on time and appreciated being able to have the cleaning done as well. Breeann was the best hygienist I’ve had ever. Kind and knowledgeable. Also attentive to discomfort. Very good experience as I have been anxious going to the dentist. Highly recommended Polish dental

I've been taking my Children to Polished Dental for some time now. I am way too long in overdue in making this review of how I think Polished Dental is, as a business, and as some of the most heartwarming people you love to meet. From the moment you walk in the door, you are always met with genuine reception from the ladies at the front desk. Oh, and the same is true when you leave. This is going to seem like I'm repeating myself, but it's all true. Then you are taking in back by a dental assistant/hygienist. Again, the affection in sincerity they express to you, is noticeable. Then there is the Dr. I happen to drop my daughter off one day and I had to go back home as my vehicle was not right. Well, before I knew it, time passed and my daughter was done, but I wasn't paying attention to my phone. so, one of the dental assistants drove my daughter home. There's another part to this story but I have to remain silent on it only because I don't want to create a "spotlight effect" upon the Doctor. However, Dr. Nelson. What you did for my daughter that day explains to me why your staff, as well as yourself, are truly genuine, people with a heart pure of compassion for people, no matter who they are. I thank you Sir for that and you have left a deep impression upon me, and my Child.

I purchased the Custom Flex Tap Appliance from Polished Dental of Bismarck from the advice of Dr. Kristin Schoch to help with snoring problems. It was fitted, like a mouthguard, at the dental office for me and has been a great device. My husband claims I am not snoring and I feel I am sleeping better. I used to wake often and have a very dry mouth needing many drinks of water at night, but now both of us get a much better night of sleep.

We’ve been coming here since 2004. Can’t imagine going anyplace else. Nice, professional and very very good at what they do. After all these years, i can't think of one complaint or issue my family or I have had. They are all great, from the front staff, to the techs to the dentists. Great place.

I am very impressed how thorough and patient my hygienist Mikayla was. She explained everything she was doing and why she was doing so. I have never had anyone actually explain to me what they are checking for when they are doing the exam so I very much appreciate that she took the time to do so. I am so glad I found this clinic and can’t wait to continue to come here!

We honestly couldn’t have had a better experience! It was my daughter’s first time going to the dentist, and she left with the biggest smile on her face. The staff was sooo great with her! There was a super cute waiting area for kids and a little tv for her to watch while getting her teeth cleaned. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a kid friendly dentist.

The staff was very friendly. They were very thorough with the exam and explained everything so I could understand. I loved that I was able to sit down with someone to go over my options and get quotes with my insurance so I didn't feel tricked into spending lots of money unnecessarily and I could pick the best options for my teeth and my budget
