Beware, I was referred to this practice by my dentist after a visit. I came in for a consultation to get some information about how they might be able to help. When I was filling out the paperwork I asked the receptionist if I was going to be charged for this visit and she said that I wasn’t getting any work done it was just a consultation so no charge. After the visit I guess they attempted to bill my insurance who didn’t pay for the evaluation now they want me to pay for an evaluation. It’s unfortunate that an unskilled receptionist will lose customers for this practice. I understand that people make mistakes but, this office will charge you for their mistakes. When I attempted to resolve this she threatened me with sending my bill to collections, just bad business.

Small office with a family owned feeling. I'm a business owner with private insurance that didn't cover Periodontal treatment, went to another local dentist in the Blue Bell area and was quoted a cash price that I was able to pay 1/2 of at Plymouth Valley Periodontal. The main guy there Dr Zito is 1 of the funniest people I know. Welcoming, straight shooter and an absolute pro.

Go to a practice that has some dignity. I had periodontal work performed by Dr Zito in 2019, it was a great experience. I actually left a really great review back then! Fast forward to 2023, I had to go for more periodontal work. My assistant scheduled an appointment, but forgot to add it to my calender, so I ended up missing the appointment. They sent me a $55 failed appointment fee, which was the first time I've EVER seen a medical practice send one. I paid the bill because I thought it was fair. The second appointment was scheduled, the day before the appointment I called at night to leave a voice message that I couldn't attend the appointment. Why? My wife tore her ligaments the night before and wasn't able to drive my kids to school. My assistant called early that morning to tell them why I couldn't attend. The woman at the front desk was told by Dr Zito that he would no longer be able to see me. The lesson Dr Zito should learn, LIFE HAPPENS. Dont treat your patients like Dollar signs without any understanding of the real world. I will not be paying your $55 failed appointment fee. You first need to Learn customer service 101. As a business owner of a 50+ employee company, I know a thing of two about how to treat PEOPLE. Contact me anytime! Stay away from this practice!
