Plymouth Bay Dental

Absolutely canNOT say enough good things about this dentist office! I’ve had bad experiences in the past and didn’t have expectations when looking for a new dentist. I was fortunate they were taking in new clients and got me in fairly quick for the typical wait for a dentist office. I had my first appointment with them this morning for a cleaning and they were incredibly sweet, confident and very knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable throughout my entire appointment and asked me my opinion on my own teeth. The dentist assistant was really sweet and explained everything she was about to do and why. Dr. Idriza came in to look at my x-rays and we talked about my teeth and some possibilities we can work towards to improve my own teeth and health and didn’t feel like they were trying to push things onto me. I had a couple cavities and they were able to get me back in the same day to get them taken care of. Despite having tattoos, I’m nervous of needles. I was vocal about my concerns with seeing the needle and they made sure my eyes were closed beforehand. I didn’t even feel the needle and only slight pressure, I was shocked how easy of a process it was. The assistant and Dr Idriza were so in sinc while taking care of my fillings I was blown away with how they just moved together, communicated and communicated to me and sometimes even finished each others sentences. I can oddly say and for the first time, that I enjoyed my experience today and am so happy to finally have found a dentist office I feel comfortable with and feel safe to go back too.

Office is clean, serves great! They got me in super fast and it’s so easy to fill out forms online and they give you options for absolutely any situation you need to work around with appointments payments, just a great experience overall! I’d recommend them!

New dentist for me after 20 years with a Boston dentist. Megan did a great job as my new hygienist. She has a gentile touch and a great chair side manor. Highly recommend PBD. Len Levin

Today I returned to Plymouth Bay Dental after being away for a while. The office was so bright & cheery. Melissa met me @ the front desk & was very helpful signing me up for the Gold Plan! She was friendly, professional & explained everything efficiently. Then on to Liz my exceptional dental hygienist. She not only took my complete trays but explained the new equipment & procedures. My cleaning went flawlessly as well as. An informative tutorial on water picking. I give her a 10 rating! Then on to Dr. Idrizzy. She was as friendly as ever & gave me a complete review on my trays. I look forward to receiving my dental care from this excellent office!

Kind, caring & friendly. I made an appointment with them since my normal dentist office couldn’t see me right away (I needed an emergency visit) I have very high anxiety about going to the dentist & they helped me be calm and talked through each step they were doing. I left there extremely appreciative & have entirety switched them to my primary dental office. I highly recommend
