Till you are a patient with them they give you a "sweet smile" but after you leave them due to certain circumstances like change of insurance etc. and go to them for a small favor they show you their "teeth' and that's what happened with me. I would not like to elaborate on my experience because they don't realize that a patient is also a customer and should be treated with respect.

I'm a person who is terrified to see the dentist, but in all honesty Dr.Richard is by far the best dentist I have ever met. He made sure I was comfortable, that I understood the procedure and the consequences of not addressing the need to get a root canal done. Today, he did my root canal, and 8 cavities! I felt absolutely no pain and most definitely recommend him to my friends and family. I am returning in one week for two wisdom teeth extraction, but because he uses nitrous gas that sedated me, I am prepared to get it done with no worry or fears. Thank you Dr.Richard! I wouldn't change dentist for anything in the world!! Go check them out!

I have been coming to this team for years & they truly hold up to their name on being pleasant! The staff is super friendly when you walk in and Dr. G’s knowledge and thoroughness to his craft is above par. It’s been a journey for my teeth and I’m relieved to have found this team with the amount of help and time they took to getting my teeth healthy! Thank you guys :)

Pleasant smiles is the dentist office of your dreams. Anna is amazing she has such excellent customer service and such a pleasant personality. Nancy is such a sweetheart! She allowed me to talk her to death and I am a Huge social butterfly! Lol The doctors are amazing the hygienist are phenomenal! I wish I could give this office 10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everyone is so nice with great attitudes and that is very important when you’re choosing a Dentist office. This office is so great that I’m even switching my kids to be patients here along with me because they deserve excellence as well! They do an amazing job on my teeth wayyyy better then my ex dentist lol. Im so grateful and happy that I found out about Pleasant smiles because when you enter into this place of business and when you leave every smile is Pleasant. I was surprised at the amount of work I always needed with this Dr. I had insurance, but somehow they said the work I needed was never covered. So they had me apply for care credit and charged thousands of dollars on my care credit on top of what my insurance paid out. Then I moved, right after Dr. Goosilator said I needed thousands of dollars MORE. Another root canal which wouldn't be covered. I saw a dentist at my new location, who took x-rays and said I didn't even have a single cavity! I have not needed dental work since I left Dr. Goosator. But I'm thousands of dollars in debt from their root canals and crowns which broke off.
