Customer Reviews
Everyone at this office is great and friendly. I had to get a tooth removed yesterday due to sudden pain and the entire staff was very obliging and they even took me in as a late evening appointment. They researched my insurance and gave me a clear idea of what’s covered and what’s not and what my choices are and helped me make the right decision. Amanda was the person I initially spoke with over phone and she was wonderfully professional. She was smiling, courteous and helpful all the way. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience despite the pain I went in with and would any day recommend this office to friends.
Very friendly staff and dentist. Dr took the time to listen to my concern and then took time to explain how we could resolve it. Everything was done in a timely manner. Will definitely make this my regular dentist now!
I received dental treatment at this establishment approximately two years ago, which has resulted in ongoing complications. The following outlines the primary issues encountered: Billing Discrepancies: The establishment attempted to charge me twice for services rendered, subsequently harassing me with calls a year later without providing proof of the alleged debt. Before my departure, I ensured my account was closed and confirmed no outstanding charges with the front desk. This appears to be a teaching facility. The attending dentist exhibited unprofessional behavior, including verbal mistreatment of students and assistants, which is unacceptable in a clinical setting. Creating an uncomfortable and tactless environment to which I would not return. Dental Procedures: They advised that two previously unproblematic root canals required redoing, and a bone graft was necessary for another tooth to facilitate an implant. During one root canal procedure, I heard a cracking noise and they advised that the noise I heard was normal. The other root canal resulted in a crooked crown, and the new crown’s milling and shape were inferior to the original. The improper placement of the bone graft led to a bony growth too far back in my mouth to support an implant. Subsequent Health Issues: Over the next two years, I experienced numerous systemic health issues, including repeated infections of unknown origin necessitating a tonsillectomy (a little over 1 uear ago now). It was discovered that the roots of the tooth from the root canal had been pushed into my sinus cavity, leaving a perforation and the roots broken off during the procedure. Following oral surgery and corrective treatment by a team of qualified professionals (ENT, dentist, periodontist, and oral surgeon), my health issues have significantly improved after two years of discomfort and systemic symptoms. Questionable Necessity of Procedures: Upon reviewing other patient testimonials (excluding potentially fabricated reviews), I question the necessity and motivation behind the recommended treatments, my initial visit was for two known cavities and routine cleaning. The cavities have also been redone as one of the crowns’ improper size led to gum irritation, but these issues were far less severe than the other complications. No apology or reconciliation is needed nor wanted from this practice. My review is solely to heed caution ⚠️. I am unsure of the reason behind their behavior and practices but do hope that their medical integrity, professionalism, and willingness to learn from past mistakes will allow them to put patient health and treatment quality over profits in the future.
I came in to get a ridge on my molar filed down and the whole experience was terrible. The dental assistant was so unprofessional and rude. She didn’t put the numbing gel on like the doctor asked her to so when he came in to ask if I was numb yet I was like “no?” So then he had to do it. Then for him to “fix” the ridge he filed down half my tooth and placed a filling. The whole time the dental assistant kept forgetting to suction or spray water. Then when she remembered her job, she sprayed my whole face and suctioned my cheek. Once I went home a few days later a piece of filling came out and I returned to the dentist for them to tell me “no, nothing came out”. Then a week later the whole thing actually broke out and I was missing half my tooth! I finally went to a different dentist and I could not be happier with them. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Avoid at all costs.
I had a horrible experience here. There were so many issues I could write a book. It had been a couple years, but everytime I think of my experience I get upset. From a different dentist everytime I went in and each one telling me or doing something different from the previous one to the rude office staff. (The girls checking me in were fine). THE ONLY THING THIS PLACED CARED ABOUT WAS THE MONEY, NOT THE PATIENT.
