Dr Franco informed me of all aspects of the procedure befor and during and was great. The whole team at the office were fabulous. I had a root canal, never had one before. The DR really understood how scary this can be to someone that has never had one before. His technique in giving the Novacaine (shot) was like it never happened. He should teach other doctors how to do it. He’s very good at it. I highly recommend him and his team and the office. Thanks for taking such good care of me.

We recently moved from Chicago to South Jordan and had no idea which clinics to visit. We called Platinum Dental early in the morning and made an appointment with a doctor with a delicate problem - a dental bridge had come off. We were very lucky and were received very well. We were delighted with the level of competence of the team and the high qualifications of the doctor! We immediately made an appointment for the next appointment in September on the recommendation for teeth cleaning and filling. Since we are foreigners, it was comfortable to communicate even with the help of Google Translate ? We hope to continue treatment in this clinic ? Thank you again ?

I had cleaning and check up completed, all went very well. Staff was all very nice and courteous. I do question one business practice though, a treatment was diagnosed. I have previous dental office experience, ya have to always check your own benefits. Always call your insurance company with codes and verify what charges are being presented vs. what office is requesting for payment. When I questioned the amount they required as a copy, it did not match what my dental insurance was quoting me. I learned the Endodontist bills a $150.00 consult fee that is non covered by insurances. This is a deceptive way for the provider to pocket additional funds. Every practice has their own policy, but it left me with an uneasy feeling when the treatment had already been diagnosed by a dentist while their for a check up, and scheduled. In all honesty I can justify a simple exam, but consult of $150.00 to sit in a chair and just reconfirm a diagnosis and procedure that was already reviewed. I will continue to see this office for routine care, but for any speciality care, I will stick with providers who don't tack on extra fees or push the line with their requirements for service. Please always do your research and know your healthcare benefits, be a smart healthcare consumer and ask questions!!

Great dental office! Front desk employees, hygienist, and dentist are friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable. Comfortable experience from hygenist asking if I have concerns about my teeth and listening, to sunglasses for me to wear during the cleaning. Not rushed, focused on helping the patient.

Dr. Swenson is the best. He’s understanding, compassionate and trustworthy. He truly cares about his patients. On two occasions he made time for my family and I to be seen.

Cornerstone dental had a last minute equipment failure and canceled my our appointment, but the got us in the next morning and got us a gift card for our wasted time. They were kind and professional throughout it all. Great to do business with.

Front the second I walked through the doors to when I walked out the staff at Platinum Dental in South Jordan were fantastic! Happy, helpful and a delight to work with. I highly recommend this office to anyone!

I come from a different pediatric dentistry office and couldn’t be happier with this change. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My daughters always leave the office with a smile.
