Platinum Dental of Daybreak

I went to Platinum Dental for the first time today. I was very impressed. First of all, I broke a tooth and it was late at night, so I emailed them to see if I could get in next day. They called me first thing this morning and gave me 3 different time options to come in. Sent me the link to fill out all the paperwork before I got there which made things really smooth. The entire staff was excellent and welcoming. Turns out I needed 1 crown replaced and a new one as well. All xrays, cleaning, crown prep, temporary crowns, and fluoride were all done on my first visit. My mouth can feel it now since the numbing shot finally wore off :-). The only thing I would even suggest, since everything was fantastic, would be to be called by my name instead of sir, ( I've had dental work always done by family up until now) but I have no doubt that will happen after another visit or 2. I highly recommend Platinum Dental.

Really gentle hygienists and dentist! The pricing felt really fair and I felt like they were good at helping me understand what was going on at every step through my cleaning and through my crown. The office staff are so friendly as well. Thank you!!!

Platinum Dental is an outstanding dental care office. They took care of all my needs with a thorough cleaning and checkup - all good! The only complaint is at the time, getting all the X-rays took a great deal of time- problems with equipment or technician not sure which. Nevertheless, I would recommend Dr. Chapel, Paulista (dental hygienist) and Platinum Dental.

Today was my first visit to Platinum dental. The staff and Dr. Chapple were amazing. This was an emergency appointment because I broke a tooth while out of town and was only back in town for one day. They were able to work me in and take care of my tooth. Dr Chapple is a great Dr and genuinely cares enough that he called me after hours to make sure I was feeling ok. Thank you Dr and staff for making me feel at home and taking such good care of me.
