I really enjoyed my visit at Plainville Dental. This was my first time there and the dental hygienist was so kind and helpful. We had a very nice conversation, and the time flew by. She was very through, and my teeth never looked and felt better. My first meeting with my dentist was also very nice. The rest of the staff are very friendly and made everything very easy! I look forward to my next check. If you are looking for new dental care, I highly recommend Plainville Dental.

Nurses are friendly and helpful. However office staff is incompetent. I had somework done over few months and office submitted bills to wrong department numerous times so I was paying out of pocket in full for months. I called myinsurance and rectified the issue since office staff did nothing. Insurance sent dental office payment. I had a credit of$950.00 and was told it would takeapprox 3 months to receive check from them. After 4 months, I called and was told that old staff had been replaced and new staff was going to look into it. Over amonth later |was told that they didn't know what had happened but they did see the credit. Then within a week I was told that there was no credit left. So they wrongfully kept $950.00 of my money.I was offered no explanation at all. I have already contacted my attorney to rectify this situation. Will never go here again.☆UPDATE☆I received a check in the mail today 11/16/2024. Thank you for rectifying the situation.

Excellent place! I was made to feel very comfortable by Laura, who was extremely competent and kind to me. I was significantly less anxious by the end of my appointment. All staff and Dr. Edelson are professional and caring people. I recommend this office without reservation.

I have been going to dentists my entire life. This practice is by far the best I have ever experienced. Not only is Dr. Edelson an outstanding dentist, he runs a top notch practice. The entire staff is excellent, inclusive of my hygienist Yolanda & my former hygienist Laura. She(they) makes my teeth feel like new money! Recently I broke a tooth on a Sunday evening., I called the practice that evening leaving a message to have someone call me on Monday. Less than a hour later my phone rang and Dr. Edelson himself was on the phone. He told me to come in on Monday ( his day off) and capped my broken tooth in preparation for my trip on Tuesday. I highly recommend this practice!

I always appreciate the professional service I receive at Plainville Dental Services.Laura, the dental Hygienist who cleans my teeth does a very thorough job and my teeth feel great. Dr. Edelson always makes sure you are doing ok during any filling or crown procedures so you feel confident and relaxed. Overall I can say I recieve the greatest care and it feels great to have that kind of care where my teeth are concerned.
