Everyone was kind, patient, and understanding, which really helped ease my anxiety.I want to give a special shoutout to Jennifer, who truly went above and beyond to help me. I can not begin to express how amazing this office is. No one enjoys going to a dentist- we all put it off because of fear or shame of the state of your teeth. From the front office staff to Jennifer in finance, and the amazing Dr Haroon, I felt comfortable and at ease. They explained each step of the process, and I left with the confidence I haven’t had in years because I know that I will be able to speak, smile, laugh, and have all that positivity be able to show without someone looking at my teeth judging their disrepair. I’ve been to other offices and felt like I was in an assembly line and just a number- here it was a personal experience. The confidence of knowing that I have specialists guiding my treatment vs a general dentist made a huge impact in my decisions- and makes me wish I had found them sooner! 10 of 10 recommend!

I went in today for my first ever procedure at 26. (I didn’t have proper dental care growing up and haven’t been able to get any work done as an adult til now) i told the staff this and told them how nervous i was, they were all amazing, so kind, attentive, informative. Jennifer helped me out a lot. from the beginning to the end. Had my first tooth pulled today! Right after they numbed my mouth all of McKinney lost power (just my luck) but, they remained very professional and managed to still get the tooth out without any power in the building. They even let me pick music to listen to so i could relax more. Of course after the power went out. No more music haha, regardless. I will definitely be coming back here and will recommend it to anyone i can. I look forward to getting more work done and hopefully someday get some implants! Huge thanks to the whole staff!

I just had a major procedure done at Pixel Dental and I am very impressed and satisfied. They were transparent with pricing and the procedure, they did a wonderful job, and the continuing care has been wonderful. Ask for Jennifer.
