I highly recommend this Dentist and his staff. They were able to get my child in quickly to work on his teeth. They were very caring and gentle as they worked. This was the first time my child had to have dental work done and they went above and beyond to make his experience as easy as possible! Great dentist for kids and adults!!

I had been a patient here since they opened many years ago. I put up with the see as many patients as possible and get em out fast way they did things. I put up with the fact my dentist never even remembered who I was and constantly asked the same questions over and over apparently not even reading patient notes. I put up with the snarky, condescending attitudes around the office. I put up with the rushing around feeling like I am taking up precious time and pushed out the door. A dentist office is a place of care and you pay for good service and bedside manner. You don’t treat patience like liquid assets. I live right across the street so using this dental office was convenient. I dealt with the inconveniences and I should have left years ago, however I stayed and that was my mistake. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when my 6th month check up appointment was just given away to another patient. The reasoning? “I didn’t respond fast enough to a phone call to confirm” the appointment I already made and was set in stone. I work a demanding long hour swing shift schedule (days and nights) and I am also a parent. I get extremely busy and have more to do than make your office feel 100% rest assured your books are full for the day. I made the appointment so I will be there, it’s right in my calendar. When I did see the missed call I responded but it was too late they gave my appointment away. This comes across extremely greedy and classless. Who says whomever they gave my appointment to will show up? You can’t possibly predict the future, I’m just flabbergasted with this behavior in a care giving field. It’s ridiculous to treat patients this way, basically accusing someone of an act that literally hasn’t even happened. I am no new patient, I have been seen here for over 10 years like previously stated. After all of this they had the audacity to ask me to move around my work schedule to accommodate a random appointment slot they offered me after I already had an appointment in the first place. I don’t think so, hard pass. I will go somewhere else with a little more couth. This is not how you treat people and I won’t be returning.

Pain-free dental care, what more can I say? No judgment, clear communication of everything he sees, whats going on, and what the plan is. The environment is friendly, open, and warm. The staff is so nice as well! Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Best dentist and staff EVER. We moved 2 hours away, tried dentists in our area and nobody compares! Totally worth the drive to visit Dr. Pitt and his staff.

If I could give a -0 It would be justified. At 72 years old, I have never had a infection from a small filling. After two weeks I called Dr Pitts office complaining of pain. Rather than ask me to come in. all I got was "lip service" that it was just a minor filling.
