Had a great first time experience. All the staff were very polite, welcoming and helpful.The dentist was so welcoming and knows her job very well. The place is very neat. Went to few dentist in the past but my experience here was phenomenon. Had never had my teeth cleaned like DR. Gonzales did for me today. It’s 10/10 for me.

Dec 02, 2024 · Nana Afia SerwaaI wish I could give them 0 star. I called them to get an appointment for an oral surgeon. I was asked to send them referral which was done same day and I confirmed that they have received it. I was told to wait for 4-6 weeks for the appointment. I got call from their office on Saturday in first week. It was weekend and I missed that call, I called back and couldn't reach them since it was Saturday. Called them again on Monday and I was told that I will have to wait for another 4-6 weeks since I missed their call. I called them total 9 times, Last time I called them was after 6 weeks and got same answer to wait. Now over 3 months passed, and I got no call for an appointment from them. I gave up and went to another dental clinic/oral surgeon.
