This office has the most caring and professional staff I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The Dr was top-notch. Caring about you, knowledgeable regarding your dental work, and very personable. The assistants were very friendly and put me at ease. They kept me informed of everything that was going to happen and while it was happening. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs Endo or Periodontic work performed!

Everyone there makes you comfortable and feel like family. I will be returning regularly for continued care because I trust them with my smile. They have a deep respect for America's veterans. I highly recommend this place for your dental care.

I find them "Exceptional" in all aspects. Dr. Iveliss Rodriguez is BEYOND AMAZING, and I would love to add more than 5 stars to the rating scale. Dr. Rodriguez exercises a Superior level of professionalism, compassion and understanding when it comes to my dental situation. The Front Desk staff as well as the other supporting members (dental hygienist, dental assistants, etc.), are true to their craft and profession. Additionally, they demonstrate the highest level of knowledge in addressing their tasks and providing support to the doctors in that environment. And lastly, I have to give praise to "Jayne" (who is my go-to) when I need a boost in trying to get an appointment or assistance in understanding some of the benefits that my insurance provider covers. Nov 14, 2024 · FinaoNo one wants a root canal but if you need one you should see Dr Rosario at Pinnacle. He and his assistant Tatiana were very reassuring and did everything they could to ensure that I understood the treatment and was kept comfortable during the procedure. 5 Stars
