I had a fantastic experience with my hygienist Molly today! She was professional, thorough, and didn’t make a mess all over my face, which I really appreciated. She answered all of my questions with confidence, making me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend!

I loved the dentist and hygienist, but the front desk staff was so rude. I had to go to another dentist when I switched insurances once and tried to come back to Pinkston when my dental insurance changed again. I had a dental emergency and called their office. They said if I could go somewhere else to get my teeth cleaned, I could go somewhere else to get my tooth looked at, especially since they had recommended getting the tooth I thought was hurting crowned previously and weren't surprised it was hurting me. Unfortunately, I didn't have the $800 to fix it at the time of recommendation, and it hadn't been hurting before. However, when I called Pinkston's office a few months ago experiencing this emergency, they told me it would be well over a week before Pinkston could see me since I was no longer a current patient of his. I was sobbing on the phone because I was in so much pain. Upon further investigation with an endodontist after being turned away from Pinkston's office, the tooth causing me the excruciating pain wasn't even the one they had recommended a crown on. I have just been so bummed ever since because of the way I was treated on the phone and cannot unhear; 'well, if you can get your teeth cleaned somewhere else, you can get your tooth fixed somewhere else.' Even after explaining the changes in insurance and lack of availability in scheduling was the catalyst for having to go somewhere different previously. I shouldn't be made to feel inadequate due to life changes or that I am not a priority because I couldn't pay $800 right away. Reading reviews where people were seen in emergencies even though they weren't established patients makes it difficult for me to understand the disparity of treatment.

I went to see Ashley for my regular teeth cleaning. She is better than fabulous and she actually knows EVERYTHING she is talking about. I have never been disappointed when I come to this office!

Highly recommended! All the staffs are amazing professionals. Dr Pinkston did my veneers. He is the best !
