Dr Pini has taken wonderful care of my father, Bob Roberts. He gets him in quickly when needed. He is very skilled and has a great bed side manner. His staff is happy and friendly. He has been going to him for 8 years and we would recommend him to anyone.

I must be amongst his scariest first-time clients, or ANY clients, for that matter. I am decades terrified of dentists--even though my teeth are mostly healthy. I suspected I would have to endure a root-canal due to a long-time crack in a metal filling. My buddies have told me how awful root canals are, but, I always got to nurse THEM through their traumas, never thinking: "this might be me". Yep, there I was! DDS Pini took one look at me little molar and said, "Our office closed 5 minutes ago but I realize you are in real pain, an emergency." So. He took me in. Understand, I am righteously justified in my phobia of those so-called "DDS pros"; too many in the practice are just terrifying--zero empathy, let alone sympathy: "Butchers." Ryan Pini proved himself! He had to give me extra shots of Novocaine and deal with eventual tears--not screams but lots of twitches, sweat and tears. Pini, My DDS actually apologized to me ... how does That happen? * Not only was he empathetic and gentle with all my drama on this first visit, HE SAVED MY TOOTH! He understood my dental trauma, somehow. And, let me boo-hoo without judgement, taking his time, asking me if I was doing alright, letting me respond and pulling-off when I twitched. Kudos to his assistant too! *that beautiful man understood when I whined, "please, no more! Next time, OK?" I am going back in a couple of weeks for my crown. The staff is remarkable! They were all comforting. When I checked-in, she was inundated and still altogether pleasant. When I checked-out, way after-hours, even the Lady there had a Heart! After having to stay there just for me, she still asked if I was alright to drive--AND, she meant it! These dental Professionals will make you Smile, even IF you shake and timber. They will do their best to keep your tears and sweat to your very minimum. First of all I sat in the office for two hours. I don't mean out in the waiting area. In a dentist chair and everything. The attendant who took my xrays was nice but was trying to sell me more treatment then needed. I have an abscess that has been denied Medicaid before. So I woke up this morning and knew I needed to go in with my face swollen.... Ok then the dentist came in. This was after the nice attendant had said I would get pain meds and antibiotic. Well the dentist leaned me down said I needed dentures but for now they would numb me up and take out the infected tooth. I had already told the attendant that novicaine didn't work on me. Then I told the dentist this. So he sat me up and said fine! And then I was told that that would cost a lot but he was referring me to a dental surgeon and when I wanted the dentures to come back. I did not come in for dentures. I came in to make sure that things weren't worse tooth wise. And get some medication to help the pain and infection which I got neither. Do not go to this place if you are there for a specific reason and if you do expect to be sold things you didn't ask for.
