Experienced, professional, and kind staff starting from front desk. Sue, my dental hygienist, did the best cleaning I’ve ever had. She was also very good at explaining things. I've been going to Pine Tree Dental for 20+ years and, while the e name has changed during that period, I have always been cared for and treated very well there. I would recommend Pine Tree to any who asked. I've had a fair amount of work performed by Dr. Babyan and various Pine Tree care team members/hygienists . Everyone from reception to patient care has always been pleasant, gentle, and kind. When I've had options they've been presented to me as such and I've never felt pressured into a plan of care. When I have decision to make someone has always taken the time to work with me.

I was trying to get in for a dentist appointment after chipping my tooth. They scheduled me for March but kept calling whenever they had cancellations. I was able to get in sooner and I'm really happy with the process. They are very open with their billing and very helpful.
