Pierce & Mitchell

In my opinion, they're more concerned about the highest paying insurance than the actual dental care. They didn't stand behind the work they did for me. I believe they cracked a tooth while drilling to replace the filling. The filling fell out a week after my visit. They billed my insurance for the 2nd visit. They get a zero star for poor customer service.

I've been going to Dr.'s Pierce and Mitchell for over 20 years. I arrive to my appointment 5 minutes early and I am in the chair usually within 10 minutes. Fairly priced since I don't have Dental Insurance. I really like the fact that they call me the day before my appointment as a friendly reminder.

Terrible! The receptionist are lazy and rude. I made an appointment someone cancelled it and I wasn't me. No apologies or willingness to reschedule an appointment. The doctors and hygienist are great, but the receptionists are a nightmare. They are costing the dentist a lot of business. I'm going to Mortenson family dentist.

I had an appointment they canceled while i was waiting there around half hour they rescheduled my appointment i just came 7 minuets late then they ask me to pay outstanding i did they pulled my file they were just talking togther after that they pass my file to the doctor after 15 minuets late then the doctor didn’t accept just said you are late get back home and reschedule, I really had bad experience on this location and I will not recommend to any one.

I’ve went to Pierce & Mitchell for over 30 years. I always receive the best care and the staff are really nice.
