I am two weeks post-op from a procedure and want to share my appreciation for the staff and Dr. Schaefer. Everyone is very helpful and eager to make the experience a great one. Dawn is one of the most stellar dental providers I’ve encountered. I’m so glad she was part of my care during and after the procedure. Her manner and demeanor are comforting and gentle. I was feeling quite anxious and sensitive like many people, and she met that with compassion, validation and the utmost care. Overall, great communication with this practice and of course, periodontal expertise you can trust for the most favorable outcome. Amazing team! Dr. Schaefer took this practice over and has provided me with the best dental care Ive had in years. He has been able to work with my insurance carrier and get me the necessary coverage that my previous dentist could not for 15+ years. Schaefer is super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He’s working with some cutting edge equipment many do not offer yet. He has also put together a great support staff. If you are looking for periodontal care, you won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend.

How can I start this Dr john Schaefer at piedmont periodontics help in when I had a medical emergency with an extraction. My dentist kept telling me it was normal and I knew something wasn’t right, I kept bleeding excessively so I went to this office and it was 5 star from the time I walked in to the time I left. Great customer service and good sense of humor. All the staff were so friendly and seemed happy to be at work. Tammie was his assistant that day and she was super sweet. Will go again!
