I had a root canal, which most people seem to dread and consider to be painful. My experience was all good. There was a small amount of pain from the numbing medication injection, but no pain or discomfort during or after the procedure. The entire process was explained to me, went as expected and quite quickly. I even got a follow up call to see how I was feeling.

I rated this Dr/Office Staff at a one star. If Google has a no star rating that's what they would get. To be fair, I never even made it as far as the Dr. His office staff received my X-rays on a Friday from my referring dentist. Called them on Monday. Nothing on their phone said they were closed on Friday. Called my own dentist to make sure they sent the films. Yes, we did and we gave them your phone # to call with options for treatment. Late Monday morning I called. Dr. McKenzie staff member said we never received the films. Back to my dentist. They said "yes, we did". I called back Dr McKenzie office, yeah...we found them but they haven't been read yet. Called back five hrs later. Dr McKenzie staff said "we still have not read them". Sigh. So called back at 3:00 and they said "we've been trying to get a hold of you ALL DAY. The number we reached said it's not in service". I'm saying, it never occurred to you to call MY ORIGINAL DENTIST and verify the number? Anyway...they tell me (looking at Dr McKenzie schedule) they can fit me in for a consultation on June 3rd. I said, June 3rd? You're aware I have a painful toothache and I need a root canal, right? Very unfeeling, and unprofessional she said to me "Well, do you want the June 3rd date or not'? I wanted to say HELL TO THE NO but I told her there is no way I'm going to a clinic where the staff is so inept. Called my Dr back and told them I found my own Dr and where to send the films. Like I said, he "could" be an awesome Dr. but with a staff that unprofessional and blunt...no thank you very much. Moving on. ?
