I had an appointment today for a cleaning by Delaney whom did a wonderful job on cleaning my teeth. Then she brought in Dr. Kim whom advised me that I shouldn’t do another bridge because it probably wouldn’t last as long as the first 2 bridges. She advised me to go with a parcel in which I agreed. As long as I been coming to Personal Dental I never been given advice like what I received today. I give all praise for Delaney and Dr. Kim for today’s visit.

Not sure who likes really going to the dentist. But all the staff members try to make you feel welcomed and have the best experience you can with your visit. I have been going to Personal Care for years. Missed some time due to different insurance, but came back to them when they showed that PCD was under the policy. That's how much I enjoy it. Crazy. And Christy, Dr Rubelita, Dr Rodriguez along with the rest of the staff are wonderful! Make sure you take care of your teeth so they'll take care of you and that steak. ?????

I called office to get an appointment. I have 2 different insurances. The front office is horrible. I was on hold over 10 minutes. When I called back they hung up on me. When I finally reached them and gave my email address they never sent the information for my appointment and pre registration. Poor Poor customer service. If you are the dentist please get better help or else you'll have no patients. Please don't go here.

Update: I'm very satisfied with all the dental work I've had done thus far. A very skilled and organized dental office. Dr. Richardson rocks! Dr. Richardson is great! She's down to earth, friendly and kind. I was nervous and dreading going to my appt because I had not been in awhile. She made me feel at ease and came up with a plan to get my teeth back in good shape. Caroline the tech was very gentle and gracious when doing the xrays. She kept me informed on what was next. Office staff is friendly and accomadating. I walked out of the office feeling so much better than when I walked in. Thank you Personal Care Dental.

Dr. Richardson did an outstanding job of providing me with a crown for an implant that I have had for quite some time. It was a pain-free process and she took extra care to ensure that my bite was just right with the new crown.
