It's obvious to see why Periodontology is highly rated. The staff is amazing - everyone was so friendly and professional. The surgery itself was uncomfortable but knowing that my gums are protecting my teeth, it was worth the discomfort. I also had a point I was a little worried and called and they put all my fears to ease Thank you for making this a great experience beginning to end!

Stehle is an awesome guy and took good care of me and did my procedures for braces awesome. Knowing he was a friendly family guy made me feel at ease, and that’s saying something because I’m a bundle of nerves when it comes to doctors. And his assistant Jen is wonderful too :) Happy I went here instead of another person!

I had the misfortune of visiting Periodontology Inc. for what I thought would be a routine follow-up after gum surgery. To say that I'm disappointed with their service would be an understatement. Not only did I experience a complete lack of transparency regarding their fees, but I also felt like I was taken advantage of during my brief two-minute appointment. I was shocked when I received a bill for $120 after the appointment, which I assumed was a routine follow-up included in the original payment for my gum surgery. No one bothered to inform me beforehand that this so-called "follow-up" would come at such a hefty price. It felt like a shameless money-grab, and I can't help but feel like I was exploited. To add insult to injury, the actual examination felt rushed and inadequate. The dentist spent a mere two minutes pricking around my gums, hardly enough time to provide any meaningful evaluation or address my concerns. The staff's response to my inquiry was nothing short of shocking. They displayed a dismissive and unhelpful attitude, repeatedly stating that I "should have known" about the charges, as if it was somehow my responsibility to be aware of their obscure pricing policies. Instead of acknowledging their failure to communicate these fees upfront, they placed the blame squarely on my shoulders. This lack of accountability and professionalism is utterly unacceptable. I was left feeling completely unsupported and unheard. It's disheartening to encounter such a dispassionate and unsympathetic attitude from a dental practice that is supposed to prioritize patient care. In summary, my experience at Periodontology Inc. was marred not only by their unjustified charges but also by the unprofessional and dismissive behavior of their staff. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this establishment. There are surely more reputable and customer-focused dental practices out there that can provide both competent care and respectful treatment to their patients.

Had a consultation and knew it wasn't going to be good but BILL explained everything simply and with pictures! Overall great personality I felt relaxed and informed during my visit. The front desk staff were really nice and very friendly with great attitudes and smiling faces.

I Have now been a patient for over 25 years. My gums continue to stay in good shape by following the regimented cleaning routine they suggested everyday and getting my teeth cleaned by a hygienist every 3 months.Highly recommended them to anyone experiencing gum problems.
