Firstly, I think that their actual periodontal services and doctors are wonderful, but their office policies and staff are woefully inadequate to serve people who have issues other than their gums. My husband needed to go here at the beginning of the year. He is disabled and after his first appointment had a severe flare up that we had to manage with a multitude of other appointments. We needed to reschedule a few times, always giving at least 48 hours notice. Apparently their policy is that if you need to reschedule a certain amount of times, you can't get an appointment. You literally have to call the day you'd like to come in and see if they have space for you. I get it, but they have a whole waiting list so I'm not sure what the issue is other than maybe the front desk staff doesn't feel like rescheduling appointments? I just feel like as part of the medical system it would be beneficial to their patients if they demonstrated a bit more understanding.

Is it weird to say sometimes you look forward to going to the dentist? Dr Friedman is seriously one of the best dentists I've ever known. You don't just stroll into this kind of subspecialist, something specific has to be going on to end you up there, and his professionalism, expertise and friendly and collaborative bedside manner go a long way toward resolving some quite complex dental issues. The supporting office staff is also helpful, thorough, and compassionate. I don't like when one of my restorations develops an issue or I find myself with bone loss or any other number of things that have ended me up going beyond my normal dentist or endodontist to the periodontist. But I know once I'm there, if Friedman is on the job, I'm going to be OK, to understand my options, and to be getting the finest quality professional care available for my issue. I have been going to this practice for years ...my first appointment was with Dr. Arnold Freeman - what a kind and patient man with a great sense of humor!! I very nervous at first and he put me completely at ease! I have also seen Dr. Jonathan Freeman who is excellent and explains things thoroughly Peggy is by far the best person to do your periodontal maintenance. she goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and have no pain and she has a great personality! The office staff is also excellent and very accommodating. I can't say enough about this office they are WONDERFUL!!!

My periodontist was Jonathan Friedman. He was friendly, funny, and easy to work with. He explained everything in detail about the the implant procedure before I had it done. It was quick and painless. He is very precise and great at what he does. The rest of the staff is also quite nice and helpful. They really help put you at ease. The office has pretty decent hours and can usually work with your schedule, if you need to be squeezed in early in the morning or later in the evening. They communicated really well with my dentist, to make sure all my records were in order, and everyone did their part correctly. Dr. Friedman also helped modify my mouth guard after the implant procedure (otherwise it would have been useless), which I appreciated. I hope I don't have to go back to a periodontist any time soon, but would definitely return here if I needed something done.

Doctor Friedman is amazing. He is very kind and patient. He and his team were extremely professional and took time to explain every step of the procedure and recovery process. The implant was quick and painless. I would like to thank you for the great experience. If I could give a 10 ⭐ that is what I would have picked. I definitely recommend this practice. Marsela
