From top to bottom, very professional, yet very personable. Had an implant done. Almost no pain. Dr McAllister even called me in the evening to see how I was doing. Not many do that.

I have a complicated history. It took me 18 months after the recommendation to remove 3/4 of my teeth and replace with implants and bridges. The original rec. was to remove ALL teeth and replace with non-removable dentures. I could not stand the thought of that, and I have kept 13 original teeth. Dr. McAllister has been great to work with and has been willing to give and take. Just finished getting 8 new titanium screws in preparation for 12 new teeth including 4 bridges . One week out from implants. Needed narcotics for 3 days. Mouth sore but not really painful now. Great work from Dr. McAllister' and his team at Periodontal Associates!

Not a positive experience at all. They had my date of birth transposed so each of the 5 times that they contacted me via text I tried to complete the pre visit forms but wasn’t able to and when I arrived there was no apology. The dentist didn’t listen to any of my concerns regarding my care and spoke to the assistant as if I was not in the exam room. I will seek treatment elsewhere.

Great customer service. They reached out to me informing me I had insurance $$ available to use before the end of the year and were able to squeeze me in within a couple days. Couldn't possibly ask for better. Thanks!

Our experience was excellent! We had extra challenges as my friend being seen was wheelchair bound making it much harder to complete the exam. They were extremely patient and kind. I would recommend them to anyone.
