I came here based off a recommendation from my boyfriend and this was my first visit switching from my current dentist. Everyone was nice and the facility was extremely clean. Jacob the hygienist was super thorough and good. I came in for a cleaning but had a crown come loose during it and Dr. Williams volunteered to stay late after my cleaning to prepare temporary crowns so I didn’t have to come back again. My permanent crowns were ordered at this time. They checked in consistently during my procedure and explained everything before doing it. Dr. Williams even called personally the next day to check in on how I was feeling. Overall I am grateful for the recommendation and plan to make perfect smile dentistry my permanent dentist.

Really 3.5 stars. Staff is friendly. They just don’t operate timely.Every time I’ve come here with my family it’s such a large event, it eats more of the day than expected. They start late and are constantly with other patients so we have to wait and wait some more.I don’t expect perfection but dang - get it together. I’m paying you a lot of money to waste my time and be on your own schedule with 0 communication on why unless I want to be confrontational about it and ask outright. Frustrating.Dental work is good enough to be happy with. Just disappointing processes.

I have always been terrified of going to the dentist. My treatment at Perfect Smiles was painless and the doctor and staff were very gentle.and attentive. I would definitely recommend this practice and will definitely go back without fear. Dr Williams was great!

After previously having horrendous experiences with a couple of dental offices in Texas, we were skeptical of going back- even in another state. We finally just made appointments for the whole family, knowing we all would need quite a bit of work.When I say I'm grateful for this office, it's the understatement of the century.First of all, the staff is very transparent about cost, which is helpful when you're on a pretty tight budget. They get as much from insurance as possible, and then they make a plan to do work in increments so it's more affordable.Secondly, the dentist and hygienists are VERY efficient and skilled. They're quick but very thorough- tell you everything they're doing and why.I've never loved going to the dentist, but they make it SO much easier. I cannot recommend them enough!

I loved this place! I had not been to the dentist for a while and this was such a great experience! Both ladies at the Front desk were Very polite and helpful! The dental assistant was friendly and down to earth. The dentist was kind and helped me feel less nervous! This place was wonderful and I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!
