Had in the past general cleaning. Also xrays & a deep filling between two teeth. Other than a little trickle of water down my side. Excellent dentist was kind patient & worked out treatment plan that also fit my budget. Dentist explained everything along the way. The Dental assistant & dental student was fabulous. However this most recent time/ experience I'm luke warm. I had two fillings done at once. Emvanelyn front staff person was wonderful. The Dental assistant this time was not the same experience as my first time w/ filling . I had laughing gas. She did not give me a minute to just sit for minute . Did not offer me a cup to rinse my mouth. Also she did not listen when I asked her to take off the laughing gas mask before placing the chair in a upright position after the procedure. I felt very restrictive.

The front desk officer that I met today(12/2/24) at the clinic is mannerless, lacks respect and has poor customer service skills. After I was done with my appointment, the girl that assisted the Dr with my cleaning walked me to the front desk and told one of the front desk officers to schedule my appointment and get my referral letter ready. The front desk officer asked me to sit while I wait for the referral letter. I sat for about 20 minutes and had to go back to her to enquire if the referral letter was ready. This girl yelled at me and asked why I didn't tell her that I was waiting for the referral letter and then she went to the Dr for letter. I was shocked at the manner she talked to me. When she came back and I asked her if she actually meant she didn't know I was waiting for my referral letter, her response was affirmative. She was offended by my question and started murmuring to her self in anger. When I eventually got the referral letter, I thanked her but she was still wearing the angry face and ignored my greeting. She needs more training as a customer service officer. The doctor and the person that assisted in my procedure are very wonderful people welcoming and professional.
