Pembroke Dental Associates: Jones Margaret K DMD

She is an amazing dentist. I have been a patient of Dr. Jones for over 25 years. People are amazed that I find going to my dentist to be relaxing! Her office is a calming and caring environment. Pam, her receptionist is a wonderful person and a friendly face to greet you when you come in to the reception area. She is highly trained dentist and keeps current on latest improvements in dental medicine. Dr. Jones has done an amazing job on keeping my teeth healthy and looking great. She truly cares about her patients. After I had had a dental procedure done she called me that evening to check on how I was doing. I highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr. Jones and staff have been accommodating of my busy schedule and receptive to my dental needs. She is very thorough and gentle with her cleanings which always makes our appointments a breeze. She is also a great conversationalist even if i cant respond (she busy cleaning my mouth ). I highly recommend Dr. Jones to be your dentist.

I have read reviews here and on Healthgrades (some are false). This dentist and her assistant mistreat people with MassHealth. I dealt with Pam at this office to try to become a new patient. She was horrible. I have MassHealth as an insurance. Aside from Pam's unprofessionalism (forgetting to leave her number so I could call her back, assuming things all over the place instead of asking questions - just basically untreated), at some point in our short conversation she began to manipulate me, lie to me about my insurance, attempt to use my fear against me and speak to me to in a way that was shockingly unacceptable. This was a VERY sick person I was dealing with. I noticed her last name is missing from their website. That is because they know she needs consequences. Remember: support staff always mirrors what its owners are like. ALWAYS. Decide carefully what kind of people you want working on your teeth.

Dr. Jones is a not only a wonderful person but a wonderful dentist! I've only ever had great experiences with her. I definitely recommend her, you will never be disappointed by her stellar work.

Dr. Jones was extremely professional and approachable. I felt safe and comfortable with my annual visit. I have switched dentists from time to time but haven’t had anyone has good as her. I highly recommend.
