Pelican Preserve Dental Care

My mom just had her first appointment here and I am extremely pleased with the service here. The receptionist, Edith was amazing from beginning to end. She was very helpful and attentive the entire appointment. Our hygienist, Lisa was very informative and gentle with my mom. She did a thorough evaluation, cleaning, and follow up with my mom. Dr. Martinez was her dentist and he was very gentle and informative as well. This office was a 10/10 for us. This will definitely be here permanent dentist ?

I've been a patient here since 2021 and always feel like I'm given the royal treatment. Today I came in for my first crown and was a bit nervous. Kayla was wonderful at making me feel at ease and explaining everything that would be taking place. She worked efficiently but also took her time to make sure the temporary fit just right. My hygienist Lisa was also great, talking me through every step of the process. She was very thorough yet gentle. Dr. Martinez is always patient at addressing any questions or concerns I have. I always feel like I'm in the best hands with him and the entire staff here, right up to checking out where Edith helped me with my bill. I high recommend.

Absolutely love this practice! Everyone is so wonderful, and it’s awesome to have a dentist I trust. It took me 4 tries to find this practice, and I’m proud to be a loyal patient. Beth at reception is so kind. I cannot say enough about my hygienist, Frances. He always gives me an amazing cleaning, and I got wonderful results from my at home whitening which he coached me through. Dr. Hernandez redid 18 year old bonding on my 2 front teeth, and it came out absolutely gorgeous. Frances is so busy that I needed to have a different hygienist for my cleaning this time, and Lisa was equally wonderful. Thank you, Pelican Preserve!

Dr. Hernandez was very punctual, apologetic for a few minutes over finishing the previous pt. Excellent listener, provided in a non rush manner the observations and evaluations of my case. Very professional. Excellent language skills. Thank you for your patience. I would like to extend my gratitude to your dental assistant Adrienne, her calming attitude, good predisposition to assist and excellent knowledge of dental care, made me feel relax, listened, assisted and welcomed. I visited today for a 6 month cleaning. Francis was awesome! Very gentle and thorough. Dr. Martinez replaced a broken bridge a few months back and he did a great job. Also the front desk staff are always very pleasant to deal with. Great experience!

I just moved here from Atlanta, and as a new patient, I must say that I’m truly blown away by the experience I encountered here today. I came in for an exam and cleaning. The staff provided superior service, very friendly, informative, patient, and made me feel very valued as a customer. Thank you so much for the exceptional service! I very rarely write reviews, however, I received such Outstanding treatment today at Pelican Preserve Dental Care, I had to submit this review. Dental Hygienist Francis Rivas performed his duty in an exceptional manner. Not only did he calmly, successfully and professionally deal with my gagging reflex response to a series of required X-rays, he educated me on several ways to properly take care of my teeth & gums. He has many years of experience and it becomes quite evident that he knows his job very well. I will highly recommend Francis Rivas to my family and friends,
