Pediatric Dental Associates of Philadelphia - Allegheny Ave

My son’s visit was great as always, I love this dentist. The staff are very polite and the dentist specialist does their best especially when it came to keeping my autistic son comfortable…… The wait time wasn’t long at all, and the place was nice and clean.

My children have been going there for years. I didn’t have an unpleasant experience until I was misinformed about a procedure my daughter “would’ve” had. The poor communication in this instance makes me weary of proceeding with the procedure with them. Aside from this instance, I had a wonderful experience in the past. With the massive amount of patients and families they deal with everyday, check-in schedulers are always patient and knowledgeable.

I can honestly say this dentist is really good. Check in was fast, wait time was not bad. My child appt was at 3:15pm I was out by 4pm, my daughter got X-rays and then they sat down with me and explain my options for treatment. The staff was amazing the place was clean.

All 6 of my children went to pediatric dental. Every since they been on Lehigh . Never had a problem now youngest children been going there for 15 years and the receptionists are very rude. The Director Not no better than the receptionists. If I had a problem with that same receptionist there’s no way that she should’ve been at the front desk. She had a nerve to say when I returned from the restroom. I’m not waiting on them. That is a place of business….. And I didn’t make it no better I told them from one security to the next go get your security. They don’t know what people going through and I told the director just that…. They need to get more control of their staff.
