The team was very nice and caring even gave me time to comfort my daughter when she got upset and that truly means a lot!! So yes I would recommend this office by that just alone. They took the time to explain everything not just to me but her as well. Office was warm welcoming clean and friendly.

Today my son had a dental emergency. He had never been to this office, but when I called they told me to come right over. He is 4 and nonverbal, autistic, and very apprehensive. We are also going away for 3 weeks in a few days. They took us back right away and we never waited more than 5 mins. The doctors were patient with him, kind and understanding, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, as well as treated my son with the appropriate treatments and methods necessary for such an acute issue. The doctor herself helped me fill out my paperwork as I comforted my stressed out child. The staff took my insurance cards and handled everything. My daughter had been to this office once before and didn’t care for the hygienist much as she was a little condescending towards her telling me she doesn’t floss after she asked her if she was flossing (which I see her doing every night- maybe she just needed a lesson in how to do it properly, if it’s not having the intended results ) so I wasn’t sure how to feel, but I will just request a different hygienist next time bc the doctors on staff are great.

The visit from start to finish was perfect. The staff from the front office to the assistants to the Dentist were very welcoming, and professional. Everyone was eager to answer any questions that my son and I had. The Dental assistants and Dentist were very engaging and made my son feel comfortable. It’s very much appreciated. I’ll be changing both children’s primary to this office. Thank you

My daughter came in 2 months ago to get her cavities filled and I can say it was a very pleasant experience. And recently she was complaining about her one side of her mouth where they filled the one cavity so we made an appointment to get it checked the doctor was very nice and told us her one tooth was coming in. And we go to the front to pay and the dentist told us we could leave so that’s what we did. And 20 minutes later we get blown up by one of the women at the front desk and said we didn’t pay. And I asked her why the dentist told us we could leave. And if possible just send the bill in the mail. The lady threaten to have a collection agency come to our house if we didn’t pay over the phone. Absolutely ridiculous the way she treated me. It was clearly a mistake on their part. No reason to threaten me. We paid 130 dollars for them to just look at tooth and have nothing done. Don’t go there no because of the doctors but because of those women at the front desk. They clearly can’t do their jobs. They made a mistake and should have just said that and apologize instead of threatening me. We will never return. And neither will my family and friends.

They have a manager that is not reachable because (listing excuses I was presented with) : 1) She has many locations to manage. 2) She had a baby 3) She is picking up kids from school (I assume it's a different baby) 4) We just opened, can you call later 5) She is sick 6) We are on lunch break This is fine, except that I cannot collect my child's x-rays because the manager is the only person who can approve my request for my kid's file. When I asked if there was anyone who could fill in for her, it sounded like I asked a very odd question. It's been a month since I made a request, and this seems like a HIPPA violation. Once I'm done with my kid's procedure, I'll be seeking legal council. Since I'm on a rant, they have ridiculous wait times.
