I had an exceptional experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Shay is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. I also want to mention Jenny, the office manager, who was super helpful in coordinating my appointments and answering all my questions with a smile. The whole team is professional, caring, and attentive to every detail. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

Dr Heidi Shay, the front desk Jenny and Deli are very friendly and make you feel at home. The whole staff is amazing. They know how to make you feel at ease because I get very nervous being at the dentist. I will continue to come back for my dental maintenance.

My overall experience was very positive for my first visit. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, and the customer service was excellent. I came in for a general cleaning but ended up needing a few fillings, which were quick and painless. That said, the cleaning portion felt a bit rushed, as the entire appointment, including fillings, was done in 44 minutes. My teeth didn’t feel as clean as they usually do after similar appointments. Despite this, I would consider returning for the great service and friendly staff.

This dentist is the best dentist ever!! I will 100% come back! The front lady’s Jenny and Deli are the face of this office! Dr Shay and her assistant Ana were so kind and made me feel at home. I had fillings and other work that needs to be done and Dr. Shay will be the one to do it for sure!
