I been coming here for the last year and will say my experience has been great. Dr Lu, Aida, Joyce, Yvonne and the entire staff have been very friendly and helpful. They all put in the extra effort to make sure every thing is done right and that I’m satisfy with the work. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Aida, my wonderful dental RDA was super sweet. Aida made me feel so comfortable and reassured me everything was going to be ok. I have had bad experiences in the past but today was a wonderful and pain free visit. Dr pai gives painless shots. The front desk staff are super kind and rate the entire office staff as 100% perfect!!!!

I’m a new patient here at Pearl Dentistry. I highly recommend this place. The staff takes the time to explain everything and walk you through the process. The front desk staff are always helpful if you have questions. Aida was great!!

Very good. The hygienist, Mel’s, and Ieda, Dr. Lou all were very nice. Dr. Pi was also very nice.

The staff and dentist are nice, but I just feel they do things unnecessarily and a bit pushy. For example, I booked my appointment for check up and cleaning and got confirmation. When I arrived they only did a check up and told me I had to come back for a cleaning a different day, even though I was told on the phone my appointment would be for both. I've been going to dentists my whole life and never had to go to 2 separate appointments for a check up and cleaning which is a huge inconvenience. It's usually done in 1 visit. Really wasted my time.

I've been waiting a long time hoping this whole office would change my mind, but I cannot in good conscience, go without giving this review. Cons: Front desk. One receptionist is pushy, prejudice & classist. There is no privacy about your options for treatment and they happily discuss that loudly along with the waiting room's ears. She will chastise you and shame you in a sweet passive aggresive tone. I have never seen such a money hungry dental office. They will spread out your procedures that should be done in one appointment over 2 or more so they can collect more co-pays and bill your for other services. E.g. A check up with x-rays taken for one appointment. A cleaning for another appointment. A filling, which was an immediate need, scheduled 1.5 week AFTER the cleaning. They want you to remain loyal and if it's a service they can provide, they will pressure you into seeing them because they can "manage your care better if they are aware of all the work they've done on you is theirs alone." Pros: The dental hygenist, Jonathan is amazing. They call him Mr. Gentle and rightfully so because he has the most gentle hands. He is extremely thorough, attentive and never rushes through your cleaning. He is patient, knowledgment and informative with any questions you might have. ----Another dental hygienist was also passive aggressive with me, was extremely rough, making my gums bleed and sore for days! I swear it was almost intentional! That accumlative experience is too inconsistent! The Dentist herself seems to do thorough work, is reasonbly gentle, and attentive with her work. I just never felt like she really cared about what was best for the patient but to draw out any procedures over multiple appointments as much as possible. They are quick to near harrass you with repeated calls about upcoming payments and within 2 days of a late payment, without hesitation, send your bill straight to collections. Bottom line: If you get the right person in the office, you can have good work done over multiple visits, but it's clear this office wants a certain clientele and priortizes profits over patients.
