1 - Thanks to Jessica for calling me on 11/05, regarding a cancellation and whether I would like to come in on 11/06 for an 11:30 appointment versus my appointment on 12/05. 2 - When I presented to the front desk on 11/06, Jessica welcomed me and directed.me to take a seat, and she would let the hygienist know that I've arrived. 3 - Angela, the hygienist, was very polite and caring. The cleaning process went well without any problems. She took time to answer a question that I presented to her on the type of toothpaste for extra whitening. 4 - After Angela complete the cleaning of teeth, Dr. Stuckey followed up with me on his oral exam and feedback on his review of the x-rays. Based on a finding, he recommended filling a couple of teeth. Before I left the office, Jessica scheduled an appointment for January 2025 - continuum of care and treatment were fulfilled. 5 - Overall, I was pleased with the staff and quality of care and treatment.

The reception staff is especially awesome. They are personable yet businesslike from the moment you enter the door. They know their customers by name and they are on top of appointments, insurance, & billings!
