I can’t even begin to explain to you. What a horrible experience I had at this place and today I received this letter. I had no intention of returning there but now they push my hand for a review. The letter states I abruptly left when I did not abruptly leave, I had made appointment before and had all my scans done and was told I needed To return for a crown and cleaning. No problem, right I could definitely go in for a crown and a cleaning. After my cleaning, they move me into a different room where they proceeded to tell me that I’m probably gonna end up getting a root canal and if I don’t want a root canal, I’ll probably need to get my teeth pulled. After about 5 to 10 minutes of back-and-forth of me asking why they would tell me I needed a crown and then tell me I probably might need too get a root canal or have my tooth pulled. I told her I was only there for a crown, and that’s all I wanted. So why didn’t she just give me a crown? Probably because I kept saying no to the root canal, which is kind of weird because if your first intentions was to give me a crown, you wouldn’t need my permission for a root root canal. The doctor kept explaining that I’m probably gonna need a root canal, After back-and-forth, I decided to leave I told them it was not OK that they called me in for crown and now they’re basically telling me that I need a root canal and if I didn’t want a root canal, I needed to get my teeth pulled. They didn’t explain this to me before in fact, they very easily said all I needed was a crown the first visit. So for me, it’s a NO GO to switch from a very easy, no problem crown to We’re probably gonna have to do a root canal today. I DON’T RECOMMEND GOING HERE… this letter made me laugh probably because it kept

I write this review as a 33 year old man. I had 4 front teeth root canal and venier (sp?) by Doctor Pompa when I was either 12 or 13 and the work she did is still being complimented to this day. The teeth have never come loose, never chipped or been damaged and have never had issues. I had a tooth ache (unrelated in a different area of my mouth) and had a root canal today in my now home Arizona, which made me wonder if she was still in business all these years later. If you ever read this Doctor, your work still matters almost 2 decades later for a real person. Thank you for the compassion and quality work when I was a kiddo. - Gregory

Over the years, I have noticed a decline in the level of professionalism, particularly when it comes to handling missed appointments. I believe that respectful communication is essential in any professional relationship, and I have not felt that my concerns regarding missed appointments have been addressed in a respectful manner. So I recommend this dentist to no one. This statements maintains a professional tone while expressing my dissatisfaction and reasons for discontinuing your patronage.

Dr. Pompa is an amazing dentist. She has a heart as big as all outdoors. She truly cares about her patients. She is very thorough and accurate at what she does. She is also quick and efficient. At some dentists you'll spend an hour alone in the chair waiting to see the dentist. Not with Dr. Pompa you don't sit around and wait for an hour to be taken care of. Her and the staff will be taking care of you from start to finish. The staff is amazing, they're so kind and helpful especially if you have insurance questions. I've been to a handful of different dentists in my life and she is by far the best. I'm truly thankful for her and hope her business continues to go. Thank you Rialto Dental for always taking such good care of me, I hope and pray that the Lord blesses your business in a great way. ♥️♥️♥️???

Dr Pompa is very a caring dentist. My experience there is always a pleasant one. I've been going to her for years and I always recommend her to all my friends.
