Excellent experience. I was referred to Pasha for a consult. I got in the day I called. Everyone from the person who took my call to the reception staff, treatment coordinator and doctor all get an A+ from this retired teacher. They were courteous, welcoming and clearly knowledgeable! I am looking forward to working with this cohesive team.

I had an amazing experience with Pasha. Being in my mid 30's, I was a bit apprehensive of getting Invisalign. To my surprise, my teeth look much better after my treatment. Would recommend them to more ppl.

We have a very disappointing experience with this practice. We went for a consultation and were advised that our 9-year-old needed an expander. We proceeded with the scan and waited three weeks for the appliance. When it was time for the fitting, it didn’t fit properly. They redid the scan but did not expedite the process, resulting in another three-week wait. During this time, we were instructed to schedule appointments for separators.However, every visit to address fallen separators resulted in conflicting advice from different dental assistants, with some saying only the top separators were needed and others saying only the bottom separators were necessary. This inconsistency was confusing. In addition to the expander, our child was fitted with a Herbst appliance. We received one handout about it, but no one took the time to explain its purpose or usage. We had to research on our own. Despite these issues, we continued with their services. During her last appointment, they installed the arms for the Herbst appliance. Approximately two weeks later, one of the arms detached over the weekend. Never told this could happen and what need to be done if it happens. We left a message on their emergency line, and the assistant suggested that if we had a toolbox with an Allen key that fits the screws, we could try to fix it ourselves. I expressed my discomfort with this advice and mentioned that we need to see someone. She sighed and asked us to come at 11 AM on Sunday. We waited the entire night with that metal arm loose at one end in her mouth. We were there at 11am on Sunday and waited in the parking lot, the doors were locked. I reached out to the emergency number, she informed us via text that she couldn’t arrive until noon and she had left a message to us, we had no messages from her. We waited an additional hour and when she finally arrived, she was dismissive of our frustration, stating that she didn’t want to hear it since she was working on a Sunday. I told her that whoever took care of us in the last appointment didn't inform or educated us about fixing the appliance ourselves. She said if you had called the doctor they would have given the same advice, to do it yourself using tools in your toolbox. When I asked for the doctor to call us back to explain the situation, I was told that we wouldn’t be contacted until Monday because it was the weekend. The lack of clear communication and support has been very frustrating. We came to this practice with high expectations, and we have been left deeply disappointed.

Paola is the sweetest! She gave me great advice from her personal experience having Invisalign! The entire Pasha staff is amazing!
