This 5 star rating goes to Paola who is one of the many ladies who assist the orthodontists at Pasha. They are the backbone of this place and Paola went above and beyond at our recent appointment when it came time for my daughter to get a mold made for her retainer. She was very patient and understanding with all my concerns and I never felt rushed. We discussed in depth my concerns for the various types of retainer options and she listened and advised accordingly. We feel very well informed and confident with the retainer decision we chose. We happened to mention it was my daughter's birthday that day and she surprised her with a nice little treat on our way out! Totally not necessary but it made our day. Kindness at its best.
