I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist. After all the work I had done when younger, it made me not want to see a dentist for awhile. I finally did decide to go back and feel so lucky I found this dental office. They listened to me and made me feel more comfortable than any dental office ever had. Samantha, the dental hygienist that worked with me, was such a pleasure to meet and work with. I will definitely be recommending this dental office to my friends and family for the care they took with me!!
They are super expensive and unpredictable in billing if your insurance is out of network. They claim to take my family' insurance and then blame the insurance underpays after service done, then send rest of bill to customers. And they just add extra items without customer consensus and expect to get paid more. That is unethic and unprofessional, and feels like scam. I would suggest people do not go. Their service is not better compared to any other places I visited at Seattle and Arizona before. I understand they might have billing pressure due to good location. They might pay more for their location. Then they put their bill on customer. It is not worth it if you mainly want good dental service. Feel free to visit them if you are fine to pay extra for their rental cost. Find somewhere within your insurance network! My family has moved to Martin Dental. My wife is happier and the billing is no surprise.
I’ve been to many dentists, but Parkwood Ranch Dental is by far the best I’ve experienced! I got a deep cleaning on one occasion and a couple of caps on another. There was no pain during the procedures, and the dentist and staff walked me through the process step-by-step in real time. Sue is absolutely amazing! Every staff member seemed to care about my comfort. Again, this is the best dental care I’ve ever received!
These folks are fantastic! I found Parkwood and had a few issues. 1- i needed seen pretty quickly, i hadn’t seen a dentist in way, way too long. 2- Im not great at pain. 3- I wanted to feel like my situation was being addressed. 4- I have insurance but not a lot of $$. Starting from the minute, I call and spoke with Keihana, She assured me that they would take good care of me could get me in quickly and would work with me. The next thing she said was, could I be there the next morning! I had a lot of work to be done. The hygienist was nothing short of fantastic. She explained everything she was doing, she was kind and had a very gentle touch. Dr. Judy, who did the “heavy” work also had a fantastic touch explained everything that was going on and made me feel it. I had all my work done over a week! If you need some dental work , and do not have a dentist. Please call these folks. They are the best I’ve ever met.
I would provide a zero star review if possible. An implant was strongly recommended whenever my husband went in for a basic cleaning due to how amazing our insurance coverage is and the office was receiving the equipment the following month. This was scheduled, performed, and we paid the estimated patient portion. 14 months later we received a bill that the entire procedure was NOT covered due to fine language the office “didn’t know about.” Do not trust their estimates. They were unwilling to negotiate a cash payment when I called to inquire.
My wife is a patient there and on May 2, 2024 she had received an xray and crown placement. On September 16, 2024, the crown fell out so she went back to the office to have it recemented. She was told that they needed to take xrays again and I informed them that my insurance benefit had been exhausted and that I refuse to have the xrays. They insisted twice that there would be no charge. I was billed for the service! Having another round of xrays was certainly not necessary!!!
