Highly recommend!! Previously I was quoted $20K+ in dental procedures from a different dentist and took my chances here as a last resort after getting multiple second opinions. Dr. Coker and his team took the time to listen to my concerns, explain what needed to be done, and had excellent referral network options to meet me at my price point. Truly great staff who care!

Do NOT go here! This office practices discrimination. I was overtly lied to and was told that Dr. Coker had worked out a “treatment plan” for me. I had both excellent dental insurance and was able to make monthly payments. There never WAS a treatment plan! I called 7 times requesting an appointment to review the treatment plan. But of course it never existed. My physicians had referred me asap to a dentist to correct an infection under my crowns. I jumped through every avenue that I was referred to. This office delayed my medical care for 5 months, making my condition considerably worse. Reported to the BBB and Dental Association. The staff were extremely rude on every occasion, including the financial secretary and Dr Coker. They advertise to be Christians! Dr. Coker is absolutely not a Christian nor practices those values.

Best dentist and office staff…ever! I love everything about this practice. Dr. Coker is amazing…kind, gentle, conservative in his approach…just a wonderfully talented and professional dentist. His staff is great. They are a solid team of ladies who have been with Dr. Coker for years. They have an extremely low employee turnover rate, which speaks volumes about the office environment. The staff knows you when you call, which is a rarity these days! Our services charged are always accurate and billed correctly. I’ve been going to their office (off Cary Pkwy near Preston) since 1995. I can give only the highest praises for this wonderful team of dedicated and caring professionals!

Dr. Coker truly changed my life! My teeth were so awful that I wouldn't smile. It was demoralizing. Now I have a big, beautiful smile! I am so grateful! His staff is compassionate, professional and considerate. Thank you to all of you!

I am 19 and I have been going here my whole life! Theres always been the same people with the same welcoming lobby. The people are always the nicest, and I always love going to the dentist. I've never understood why people say they hate the dentist so much, it's a relaxing experience for me.

I dreaded making this post as I’ve gone to Dr Coker since high school…. Went back to him after returning from college years later and my teeth have never been worse. I’m not sure what they use for composite but it WILL turn yellow. I spent a lot of money out of pocket to have fillings in between my front teeth that HE DID ten years ago redone because over time they do discolor.. years ago they looked great and lasted me but I’m afraid Dr Coker has made his money and should probably retire as he’s not as good as he once was…. The first time my fillings were so yellow I had to complain and go back to get them color matched better, second time I went back he left a gap in my two front teeth.. it’s extremely nerve racking to speak up but I did and had him fill the gap for my 3rd and FINAL visit which now left my teeth looking crooked because instead of filling each side evenly he quickly grinded one side down filled it in and sent me out and may I add they still look dark yellow.. how is the composite darker then my real teeth? How embarrassing to smile! these are my front teeth, it’s very noticeable! Unfortunately my teeth looked better before I saw him again. Sometimes you shouldn’t take on work you aren’t good at, he should have simply priced me out for crowns and never put composite on my teeth but his communication is awful!! He’s now grinded my natural teeth down so far I will never get them back… I was devastated.. I mean crying for weeks over this, I value my smile. I was considering legal action but after speaking with lawyers I let it all go….I was sick of crying over my smile….unfortunately you can’t do much for someone that is just simply not talented - that’s my error for ever trusting him after screwing up the first two times. Won’t be getting another dime from me that’s for sure… just warning y’all this practice has been around for years -he only cares about insurance money and sending you out the door, do not do anything cosmetic or around the front of your smile..
