Dr. Kuperstein wasn't the 1st orthodontist I consulted with, but she and her staff are the ones I have the most confidence in. Dr. Kuperstein is board certified, knowledgeable, and personable. She outlined a plan of treatment. Her staff was immediately able to give me a quote on costs and how much my insurance would cover. The process made it very easy to make a decision without a high pressure sales pitch.

I learned SO much in the initial appointment and assessment concerning bite issues I've had all my life but never had explained to me thoroughly, and about the possible options I have, both orthodontic and non-orthodontic. I left with the tools I need for making an informed decision about proceeding, and with the certainty that I'll be in very capable hands when I return.

I went to Parkside with complete confidence with my daughters braces a few years ago, but didn’t expect that I would be needing their skills. I brought my unique problem to Parkside and the staff jumped into action after explaining my problem. I feel very fortunate that Rebecca is willing to problem solve and collaborate with my VA periodontist for a more perfect solution to restoring lost teeth. The staff is great, the Dr amazing the office has all the tech to tackle complex issues. I couldn’t be happier.

My son always feels at ease while he is in the office, regardless of the type of appointment. They patiently answer all of his questions to make sure he is comfortable and prepared. The no interest payment plan is amazing, I wouldn’t be able to get the care my son needs without it! Highly recommend this team!

Dr. Kuperstein and her staff are the BEST! I needed orthodontic treatment as an elderly woman after a fall on an escalator. She came up with a reasonable treatment plan and my teeth and gums are healthier than they ever were. I will be eternally grateful to her and her staff for their generous and top quality treatment.

I just went in for a consultation. I’ve gone to a few orthodontists to shop around for Invisalign and this place made me feel the least confident in my potential results while also charging the highest price. Plus their in house financing required I pay 50% down.
