Parkdale Dental Centre

It's a great office, been a patient for many years. I had left a negative comment earlier based on a small incident, but upon reconsideration I was being too harsh. This is a five star place, and has been for as long as I've been going here, so I apologize to the office for negative comments from earlier. My recommendation to office staff is to try to be more understanding with day-before rescheduling. I think we could have reached a better agreement. Otherwise, dental work here has always been excellent, even in spite of my big mouth.

I feel so incredibly lucky to have come across Parkdale Dental. Dr. M is definitely the best dentist I have had in my 38 years on this planet. Due to a high propensity for cavities, I have spent many hours at Parkdale, and the quality of the work is excellent. I am also a slightly nervous dental person, just needing that extra bit of patience and check-ins, and the kindness of the team there has been so wonderful and consistent. I feel in excellent hands both technically and interpersonally. Highly, highly recommended!

If you're afraid of pain or going to the dentist in general Parkdale dental center is the place to go to for really good service, they do everything possible to make you comfortable and do it with a smile. I would like to thank Dr. CHAN YI-AN for his patience, after 3 days of me complaining he went out of his way even on a busy day to help me out and make things right and was happy to do so.

I live quite far away from Parkdale,but started going to the Parkdale Dental Centre after it was recommended by a friend. I could not be happier with the service and professionalism of this dental center. I take my whole family here and they are great with my kids. I honestly believe they care more about the the dental health of my family then their bottom line. If you are looking for a Dentist in Ottawa I would highly recommend you give them a try.

Best (by far) dental experience in my 65 yrs!! Dr.Manchester and his associates take the time to explain everything (in layman's terms). Fantastic "chairside manner." Highly recommend!
