He huffed and puffed when my dad was not doing what he was saying. I told him that he needed to be patient because English is not my dad's first language. He also talked to me rudely for not translating right away to my dad. If you're a professional or working in the medical field, you need to be patient and not show that you're irritated with your client. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable because of him."
