This office was orginized and friendly. Their hygienist Alyssa was considerate to how I was feeling and explained what she was doing. The receptionist made sure I understood my insurance coverage before moving forward. The Dentist, Dr. Murphy, was pretty cool too.. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who hasn't been to the Dentist in a while.

My teeth look way better. She was gentle on my gums and my sensitive teeth but got the cleaning done very well. Don't know her name (blonde wavy hair) but she was pleasant

Outstanding experience. I called with pain at 9 am, the office got me in on same day. Dr Murphy quickly diagnosed my problem and spent significant time on the phone advocating for me talking to oral surgeon to ensure my needs were met as soon as possible. Very empathetic and thorough.

I recently visited Park Forest Dental and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a calming atmosphere. Their gentle approach made the entire process smooth and comfortable, which is a huge plus for someone who gets anxious about dental visits. I was also pleased with how timely my appointment was—there was minimal waiting time. Overall, Park Forest Dental provides excellent dental care in a supportive environment. I highly recommend it.

The front office staff was great but the gentleman that took care of my teeth was horrible! I have no idea if he was the dentist, a tech or a hygienist. He forgot the paper to cover my clothes and glasses to protect my eyes. While he was cementing my crown, he didn’t bother to use the suction for the saliva. When he was finished cementing it, he broke the dental floss 6 times because of the cement that was between my teeth and wanted me to leave with it like that! When I told him I wasn’t comfortable with that he used the drill and when finished told me that the drill burned spots in the crown and should come off with brushing. He ended the visit with my crown and the tooth next to it so rough that I was using my fingernail to chip it off. The last thing he said with his fingers still in my mouth is that he was sorry, he needs to eat lunch! I will be calling the office in the morning to let them know my concerns.

The receptionist and hygienist were exceptional. The dentist was unfortunately not as kind. When I asked a follow up question he mumbled through an explanation about the periodic table both which I couldn't understand becauseof the mumbling and because he was walking out of he room as he was talking. He left and told the hygienist to give me a "Ted Talk." He clearly couldn't be bothered. I was a bit in shock and he put the hygienist in an uncomfortable position.

Very understanding of my dental anxiety and accommodated me. Even let me pick music I liked to listen to which helped to ease my anxiety. Thank you for making me less anxious about having my cavities taken care of.
