Park Dental: Siddhi Patel, DDS

Dr Patel is very nice. Unfortunately i had a very upsetting experience this morning after an honest misunderstanding. I thought i had made my appointment with parkmeadow dental also in hilliard, so that is the office i went to. By the time i realized it, it was too late to get to park dental. They told me they ahve a 75$ cancelation fee but that they could waive it for this time and asked me when i would like to reschedule. I said i had really meant to go to the other practice. The lady was very nice and we hung up. Then i got a message saying i owed the 75$ cancelation fee. I called the office back and explained and the woman said there wasnt anything she could do about it. On top of this I asked if I did reschedule with them would they waive the cancellation fee and she said there was nothing she could do. I have a 6 week old baby at home and asking my mom to come watch baby for an appointment and getting out of the house is a big deal. This was an honest mistake and is my prerogative to want to switch practices. Really discouraged by the lack of understanding and customer service here.

I was very pleased and appreciative of the kind, courteous and wonderful care that the staff and doctors at Park Dental that I received on my last two recent visits. I was blown away about the state of the art of equipment that they used to better serve their patients. Dr. Joseph is a beautiful soul inside and out I thank God for her and Dr Patel. Much love and gratitude looking forward to seeing them and their stuff again. They have gained a new patient for life.

Park Dental is great! It’s been a long time since I have been to a dentist office where everyone is pleasant and kind. I wasn’t anxious in the chair. And it was quite obvious they work well as a team. I am happy to have found a permanent dental office!

Park Dental is awesome. Dr. Siddhi and Dr. Nash are great dentists. They always tell me right path to where I have to go for healthy teeth. The staff is really great they are very good listeners and very passionate. Thanks for everything. I recommend to my family and friends .

I've been looking for a local Hilliard dentist that I like for a while now. After my first visit here, I am confident in saying that I found my dentist. The whole staff was very nice and the office is well kept. Dr. Nash was well-versed and her attention to detail inspecting some of the past work I have had done was very astute. I would highly recommend. If they don't accept your insurance, ask about their in house plan.

If you want a compassionate & talented dentist who only uses a drill when absolutely necessary, Dr Patel at Park Dental is the dentist for you! I was so nervous about going to a new dentist (I have had bad experiences in the past) but Dr. Patel put me at ease, answered my endless questions and truly cared about my health & comfort. If you are looking for a new dentist, I would HIGHLY recommend considering Park Dental!

Dr. Patel is hands down the best dentist I have ever visited! Not only is she friendly and caring, but she is also very thorough and ensures that her patients receive the highest quality of care. I had another doctors appointment after my visit with Dr. Patel, and she was very time conscious and made sure that I had enough time to get to my second appointment without sacrificing her quality of work. 10/10 would recommend!
