Palm Creek Dental Care

I had a great appointment at Palm Creek dental! Just moving to GA, I needed to establish care with a dental team and this was an amazing experience. The dental assistant Matt took time to explain the different types of imaging that they took and made the process very comfortable. Diane and Sandra were both great hygienist that were kind and very knowledgeable. And Dr. Mathew is very thorough and gave me a lot of different treatment options to fit my needs. In addition, everyone at the front desk was extremely friendly as well and got me in quickly. Office space was also very clean and well kept. Would recommend this dental team to all and is well worth my 40 min drive!

My family loves Palm Creek Dental Care! The facility is clean and parking is plentiful. The office staff are attentive, welcoming, and make you feel like you are their only patient. The dentist, assistants and hygienist are all very patient, very attentive and truly make you feel like you are their only concern. All procedures were thoroughly explained, never felt rushed or pressured in any way. It is really nice to find a dentist and office where you feel comfortable and valued as a person and not just viewed as a patient. Would recommend to anyone!

Booking an appointment for my first visit to the dental office was not good at all. While calling the office and asking for appointment - there was no appointment available until Nov.15 and when questioning that an early appointment is available when booking online - I was told to book online and I in fact got an early appointment on Nov. 12. Dr. G. and Cindy are great. Very pleasant, explained everything, answered all questions, very knowledgeable and providing great comfort to patient as well great patient care and service.

I initially visited Mr. Matthews for a crown on my molar, and he did an outstanding job. I had previously left a negative review, but Mr. Matthews personally reached out to explain the reasoning behind his professional recommendations. After seeking a second opinion and doing my own research, I found that he was, in fact, correct. I really appreciated that he took the time to clarify his approach and made himself available for any further questions. His dedication and passion for his work, along with the high quality of his dental care, led me to update my review to 5 stars.

Excellent care provided on their opening day. I came in for a consultation on a problem tooth and they took very good care of me. The space was very clean, friendly and inviting. Also, the location was very convenient and accessible. Dr. G was amazing. I felt comfortable and at ease, even though I was a bit nervous. 10/10 definitely would come here again!
