Palm Court Dental: Ricky Chung, DDS

I’ve been coming to Palm court for about 3 years and I love my experience there. They are very helpful and accommodating when scheduling appointments. Alicia is super helpful and friendly. I enjoy talking to Dr. Chung every time I go. He’s approachable and actually speaks to you unlike other doctors. Every staff that I’ve encountered is super friendly. Also a huge one for me is cleanliness and it’s a clean office?? 10/10 experience and totally recommend them!

Today I had a teeth cleaning and 2 small cavities filled, and I can't tell you how delighted I am with the hygienist and Dr. Chung. So gentle, so caring, so wonderful! I've been to many dental offices in my lifetime and had SO much work done, but I can say this office is the best I've been to. Highly recommend!

I have been going here for over two years now and without any hesitation, I recommend Dr. Ricky and his team 110%! I first came in with a broken tooth and could barely talk from the pain; the amazing team here took care of me immediately. After that, they had a permanent patient! I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and Dr. Ricky created a treatment plan and offered a payment plan that worked amazingly for me. I used to be really anxious anytime I would go to a dentist because of previous bad experiences but not here! I also got my Invisalign here and I love my smile! On top of all of that, Alicia, Andrea, and Genaive are always so friendly and I look forward to seeing them when I go back for my cleanings! ? Plus: - super clean - in and out quickly - friendliest staff - always have the best music playing - payment plans!!!!!

The Dentist was extremely thorough with his explanation of necessary treatment. He answered all questions and definitely made me comfortable with the course of action. The dental assistant was attentive and exhibit kindness and patience. The also layer that evening to make all was going well. Excellent touch. The only reason for the 4 stars was the volume and choice of music in the lobby area. It was too loud and not a soothing selection for a dental office.
