I was really nervous. The doctors made me feel very comfortable and safe. They are very nice and answered all my questions. I did not do anesthesia or laughing gas so I was nervous to get numbing shots. It’s actually not as painful (similar to a small pinch in your mouth) esp since they give you a small topic numbing ointment before the actual shots. I wish I knew the lady’s name who assisted in surgery as well because she was so wonderful and caring in preparing me. The doctors gave me a blanket and let me use my AirPods to play music while having my phone in my hand to adjust the volume if needed. They gave me a “safe signal” which was to raise my left hand if I still felt a little pinching after the numbing. Small pinches on my right side but they just added more numbing medicine to help. I got two pulled out and the surgery went by way quicker than I expected. Also very informative and detailed about after care. Everyone is different but my recovery is going very smooth and not as painful when I followed the after care instructions. Doctor calls you later that day to check on how you’re doing, that’s how you know they really care for their patients. I’m not even as nervous to go get my last wisdom tooth removed anymore.

I went in to get my wisdom teeth extracted. I was a little nervous and asked to be put under. The whole staff at the office were very sweet, kind, & caring. During the process of my procedure they walked me through each step of getting prepared to get put under and made me feel at ease. I woke up with no complications and while I was at home resting Dr. Oishi personally called to check how I was feeling. I felt valued and well taken care of! Definitely recommend ?

Dr. Oishi was terrific! Procedure was quick and successful. Attending nurse helped me throughout the surgery by making me feel comfortable during the procedure. I appreciated the friendly office staff who also helped to make my experience a pleasant one. Mahalo!

I had an appointment for an extraction of one of my upper molars. Felt a little anxious, however when they put me in the chair and started talking, I started to feel at ease. Dr Haruki and his staff made me feel so comfortable, explaining the procedures in detail and ensuring that I was pain free. It was finished within the time they promised. The office staff was great, very friendly! I would highly recommend Dr Haruki if you’re in need of an oral surgeon ??

I had to have 4 molars extracted and Dr Haruki and Briana were extremely skilled, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend Pacific Max Center! Each step of the process was Carefully explained and they always welcomed my questions. I felt confidence in their expertise to treat me. Dr. Haruki called later in the evening to make sure I was doing well and when I had a problem filling a prescription, he promptly took care of it. I will return to this office for my future needs such as post implants. I am so happy I found Pacific Mac Center!
