This place has cancelled on me a few times when I’m already at their office taking time off work. One time because they ran out of supplies and the other time their doctor went home early. I waited in their office for an hour and a half while other patients that came after me walk right in. They do not update me on what’s going until I get up to ask then they apologize. While I sit and wait they are talking about their drama they are loud so unprofessional. I wish I could switch office but the lady pushed me on paying them almost 3,000 upfront before anything was done to me. I made a big mistake coming here o my because it’s on the corner of my house .
It was cool I feel like they really cared about my teeth but the reason I only gave a four star is because the lady at the end tried telling me in 20yrs she never seen medi-cal pay for partials which is a flat out lie I called before I went to see the dentist because I already new what I needed and I did my own research so I know they will pay for it so idk why she tried to shut me down on something I already verified I just hope she sends in the authorization like she said she was going g to do because if not I already spoke with the insurance and they said they will call them three way to talk to them and get them to send what ever form of authorization they need so I can get the treatment I need :)
My experience here was phenomenal! Leslie the girl in the receptionist area was so helpful in giving me the information as needed, and Dr Sona was very attentive to the issues I was having regarding my molars. Thank you to Leslie for helping me schedule my follow up appointment and Dr Sona for giving me REAL assistance and not disregarding me unlike other dentists I have gone to see. I would highly recommend this practice to any and everyone
I'm really upset about what happened today. I've been coming here for like 5 years. 2019, I called in with a dental emergency of a rotting tooth and in immense paind was able to be seen same day. Dr. Toosi did most of my work that I've had done, it was a lot, and he was wonderful! But he is no longer at this office which is sad. I only come in now for cleanings but I made an appointment to check up on one of my fillings that I've had for two years cause it was slightly hurting a few days ago and was told today that it looked fine but for some reason the lady dentist decided to "polish" the filling which was actually a slight shaving down, even though everything was fine. I told myself I should not let her do it but I did anyway. Now my bite is off and I have to go back to get the filling redone since only the left side of my teeth touch and the back right teeth don't anymore because of what she did today. I am incredibly upset I let her do that and I think it's weird she would if everything looked good. In my 5 years of coming here everything has been great until this. The receptionists are amazing, they work with you, they get you in quickly if you need to. It's been a God send having them to help me through all the work I've gotten done and help me with paying for it all. But this lady dentist that I'm unfamiliar with I will no longer be going to cause I don't trust her.
Doctor was GREAT! My review is regarding the front desk, lobby area and office manager. I've been going here for about 2 years and my experience had been great up until yesterday. Lobby was filled with people; seems like they overbooked the day or everyone was working slow. But the worst part of my experience is how the office manager (didn't catch her name) treated the front office girls. I believe the 2 girls were new since I had not seen them before. From what I (and 4 more patients) were able to hear by sitting in the lobby, they were making mistake after mistake. Office manager, who seems very experienced with the office procedures, kept questioning them and correcting their work. I TOTALLY agree with that as that is her job but what I do not agree with is for her to be "coaching" them right there, front desk, where all the patients could hear. And the way she spoke to them, sarcastically, was inappropriate. I felt embarrassed for the girls as those conversations should have been in private not outside in front of us. I hope this review is read by office manager AND her boss who I believe is the office owner. Overall this office is a great dental office to go to but employees need to be treated better and coached properly by this office manager. On Monday morning, I arrived at this dentist's office and was warmly welcomed by the receptionist. Thank you for your help, Leslie. Highly recommend coming to this dentist office.
