Dr. Reynolds, Dr.Vincel, and their staff have been very, very good to me and my family for about a decade now. The doctors, the receptionists, and the hygienists are all professional, efficient, and just plain kind. From basic cleanings to some major work that I had done over the past year or two, they have never let us down. When I needed that major work done, they gave me options, explained the cost/benefits of each option, and executed the plan perfectly. I'm grateful. And I highly recommend.

Dr. Vincel is excellent! He is very friendly and caring. Explains things thoroughly and clearly. Would highly recommend. Belinda, his assistant, was so kind and helpful. Best dental experience ever.

I see Dr. Vincel, he was awesome! He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Made sure I was comfortable with everything. Going to the dentist is tough, but Ozarks Preferred made it an amazing experience! I would highly recommend them.

I have not had dental insurance for over 3 years and was very excited to be able to go to a dentist for the first time in a while. I had been recommended to Ozarks Preferred Dental through a messaging channel at work, apparently the dentist graduated top of his class. As I write this the date is May 25th, 2023. I set up an appointment back in early January of 2023 and specifically asked if Principal Insurance was in network. After over 4 months of waiting I got a call the day before my appointment asking to reschedule. I made it work because I would not be able to be seen until December otherwise. I showed up to my appointment today to find out that May 3rd of this year they decided to no longer accept Principal Dental Insurance and my initial visit would cost over $400. This was a prohibitive amount of money at this time. I mentioned that I had specifically asked about my insurance being in network and the front desk worker acknowledged that it was documented in my original call. I am sure that the Dentist is competent and good at his work, but I am leaving a 1 star review because, **what does it matter if you graduated top of your class if you cannot treat patients in need that diligently follow the process?**
