My 2 sons went in for their evaluation and the staff were SO friendly and helpful. I thought that we'd get an appointment for some time in the future to get their braces, but they just so happened to have an appointment right then and there!! For a busy working mom, same day appointments are a Godsend. They are fast and efficient! Dr. Hoxie has a great bedside manner and my boys thought that he was funny. Overall what a great experience!

Dr. Tiffany Waki is very knowledgeable and friendly. Chelsea, one of the assistants, was excellent at consulting me on choices for my child's treatment. And Tara, another of the assistants, has now helped two of my children get a loose tooth out. She's great at it. In one case it saved me time and money because it would have otherwise needed to be removed by a dentist to make way for ortho treatment. Thanks, Tara!

As an adult going through braces for the second time, the team at Ovation was the right choice for me. Admittedly, I'm a perfectionist, and despite my frequent questions, Dr. Lee and his team patiently answered and reassured me all through the process. I started with a paragraph of problems, and ended with a smile and a bite that I am pleased with. It took a little longer than originally planned, but I was glad to know they did not rush me to an incomplete finish.
