Dr Otteson was really understanding and took time to talk me through what was happening with my gums. The front desk and assistants were exceptionally kind and helped me understand what I need to do moving forward.

I have referred patients needing cosmetic dental work to Dr. Otteson for almost 20 years now. He is far and away one of the best cosmetic dentists I know. There is nobody I trust more to take care of my patients and their cosmetic dentistry needs. Today was different, however. Today, Dr. Otteson took care of my cosmetic dentistry. I had two old crowns that needed replacement on my front teeth and several other upper teeth that were breaking down and not looking their best. Dr. Otteson replaced the crowns and did veneers on the other six front upper teeth. I can’t believe how amazing they turned out. I would have expected nothing less, but to have the work done on myself was truly eye-opening and convinced me even more of Dr. Otteson‘s elite level of professionalism and eye for perfection. I give this whole practice 5*. The receptionist making the appointment was very calming as I explained I had dental anxiety. The Dental Assistant was very thorough about explaining the series of X-rays being taken as well as also providing a wonderful chair side demeanor with an anxious patient. Dr Otteson definitely showcased his knowledge while explaining what my X-rays indicated as well as verbalized the findings of my exam. He was very straightforward in his approach with the treatment plan. The staff made an impromptu hygiene appointment directly after. In meeting the hygienist, she was warm, friendly and also very reassuring that I would be considered and made comfortable throughout the whole procedure. That visit alone took away 20 years of dental anxiety and I feel confident there probably won’t be any anxiety going in to another appointment. . I’m very thrilled with my new dental practice and highly recommend them!

Dr Otteson and his staff go above and beyond for their patients. I had a very serious bike accident just this weekend completely losing a tooth. Fortunately I had the tooth and Dr. Otteson saw me on a Saturday afternoon after I was discharged from the emergency department. He replaced the tooth and put brace brackets on to hold it in place, in the hopes that it can be salvaged. He was so gentle and so kind and so understanding at a time when I was so scared and in a terrific amount of pain. I will never use another dentist.

I broke a tooth (2nd bicuspid) over the weekend. Although I was in no pain, that could change in an instant. I called around 8:30 Monday morning, and they were able to fit me in before noon. It needed a crown, and Dr. Otteson with his state of the art tools took care of the job in under 2 hours! Not to mention, the process was completely painless! Patient comfort is a hallmark of that practice. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and easy to deal with!

Dr. Otteson's office is the best dental practice I have ever been to by a significant margin. Dr. Otteson is truly a master of his craft and his team is wonderful. I greatly appreciate the investment the practice makes in cutting edge dental technology that improves the overall experience. When I'm sitting in the chair, I am always confident that the right procedure is being done correctly. I cannot say the same thing for other practices I have been to. Thank you Dr. Otteson!
