Oswego Dental

I took my daughter for the first time to Oswego dental and it was such a pleasant experience. I’m so happy that we chose this office. My daughter was so comfortable and happy with her experience. They were so sweet and patient with my little one. I’m so happy with the services and can’t wait for her next visit.

Start to finish my experience was great. Vero who made my appointment, Jessy who answered my insurance and treatment questions, Marnie, Elizabeth, Corine, Abigail, Ryann, greeted me with very friendly, met two providers Dr. Morello, and Dr. Dinika who I tended to me very gentle and kind! Recommend this office due to their transparency and friendly atmosphere!

They were quick and nice! It was both my boys first time here. They made my kids feel safe and had fun with it. I never had a great experience at the dentist and this place made me feel great about going here. I highly recommend

Took both my little ones for a check up and cleaning. The staff (Dr.Belur, Marnie, Lisa, and Corrine) were all very nice and easy going. The appointments were quick but thorough. My son loved that he got to hold an Avengers toy during his cleaning and pick out of a treasure box. The office wasnt anything "fancy" but location was easy to find.

I’ve been a customer of Oswego Dental for over 10 years. I never had a need to acknowledge their professionalism or respect of patients. To me, that was expected until I tried Ashton/Ogden Dental in Naperville, IL because my insurance changed. Apart from the male dentist that attended to me, the entire front staff are rude, not professional, and downright prejudice if not racist!! They hung up the phone when I did 3 way calling with my insurance company, they did not return my calls, did not reply my emails. I showed up for an appointment with text confirmation and several reminders. Nobody could explain why I was not on schedule. The rude front desk staff said she would follow up with me, contact my insurance, nothing and hung up on both myself and my insurance company more than 3 times calling back. I was quick to change my insurance and ran back to Oswego Dental. I was lucky that they accept my new insurance. I only sent one text, they responded and got me in within a week. Returning there felt like returning home. I have never appreciated them in 10 years. So, I thought it necessary to give this review. Anyone reading my review can tell that I took my time to write it. My emotion is real and my experience is real. I recommend Oswego Dental to anyone. Just pray that they accept your insurance. If not, I guarantee you they will work with you to pay out of pocket. Dr. Dinika Jain and her staff: Marnie, Vero, and Jessy made me feel welcome back and I can’t hide my feelings. Not to talk of optimum care of my teeth. Thanks guys???
