Great experience and amazing costomer care from start to finish. Dr. Connor was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us out with repairing a chipped tooth to same day crowns with state of the art equipment. The personal care that is part of their excellent professional work makes going to this dentist an easy decision. I would highly recommend Osseo Family Dental.

I was here recently for an exam, x-rays, and cleaning and Dr Marquis and her team (Christina and Justyce) were great! All of them were very personable and professional. They made me feel very comfortable and I trust them completely. I'll be coming back!

The dentist and cleaning was great. However, I had provided my insurance information over the phone when I initially scheduled my appointment & was told everything was good to go. When I arrived, they suddenly didn’t have any of this information on file. The receptionist was working on ensuring my coverage when the dentist assistant came to get me from the lobby. I stated I would like my insurance info processed before starting the cleaning to make sure there are no issues. The dentist assured me everything would be fine & pressured me to continue to the back to get started, which I foolishly did. After everything was completed, they told me they aren’t in network for my insurance & I need to pay $400 out of pocket on the spot. They did give me a discount down to $200 but I still think something is fishy with pressuring me to start service before having my insurance verified. I also found this dentist on my insurance website so I have no idea how they’re saying they’re not in network. Double check before going here or you’re going to get slammed with a hefty bill!

I had my first appointment at Osseo Family Dentistry today with all new staff and dentists after the retirement of Dr. Joyner. I am happy to say my experience was up to the high standards I expect. Friendly helpful office staff, efficient and thorough work by the hygienist Natasha and a quick routine examine by Dr Rich. Thank you Osseo Family Dentistry for keeping up the quality dental care I expect from this office.

1st visit at this Dental location. Everyone is so friendly, courteous and yet professional! There's a friendly small town vibe that is so refreshing. I would recommend this office to ANYONE looking for a new Dentist! Top notch in every way.
